Notes: * with Casey Benjamin of Project Logic on Sax. % w/ Benjamin and Hope Clayburn of Deep Banana Blackout on Flute. What an intro to a late night, a beautiful Catacea and an Invocation "thanking us for being there". Johnny's tune is and will always be the "leg shaker", showing Marc as necessary to getting your groove on as Fess Longhair is to a NOLA staple. Mohel was obviously a "breaking in" for Benjamin as he toyed with the many progressions before jumping in head first, adding a welcomed texture. Solomon was by far the highlight, listening and watching Hope and Benjamin lift the sounds of Brad's keys and vocals. Did anyone stick around for Lake Trout?
